Our Mission

The Forum of the Americas: Diálogo is a professional military magazine published quarterly by the Commander of the United States Southern Command as an international forum for military personnel in Latin America. The opinions expressed in this magazine do not necessarily represent the policies or points of view of this command nor of any other agency of the United States Government. We welcome letters to the editor. We appreciate your opinions about Diálogo and the articles in this issue. Unless otherwise indicated, photographs were obtained from the United States military. Reproduction or publication of articles from Diálogo is permitted.
